2021 Registration form for On-Line Course Field Day:
Download the registration form (available in April 2021) and save it to your computer before filling in the information. After filling out the form, rename it using the student's name or something other than the downloaded file name. After saving the form, open it to make sure the information you entered was saved in the file. Then attach it to an email and send it to email@example.com.
You should receive a return email indicating whether or not you have a spot reserved in the class you requested. (Allow 48-72 hours for a response). Class sizes are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. This can be paid at the time of check-in. The range day will take about 6-7 hours. It starts at 8:30 am. Registered students will receive an email about 7-10 days before their scheduled field day with additional information on what to bring and what to expect.
* After completing the Field Day, you will need to log on to the DNR website and enter the information from your Field Day completion form and submit $7.50 to the DNR for processing your certificate on-line. You will be able to print out your Firearm Safety Certificate while you are still on-line with the DNR. Save a copy to your computer so you can reprint it if you lose or destroy your first copy. If you are still 11 years old, your certificate will not be valid until you reach your 12th birthday.
