Once your registration is accepted, you need to submit a non-refundable amount of $5.00 for the field day to secure your student's spot. (Please mail a check with student's name in the memo area or attach a copy of the registration). The range day will take about 7 hours. It starts at 8:30 am. Registered students will receive an email about 7-10 days before their scheduled date with additional information on what to bring and what to expect.

* After completing the Field Day, you will need to log on to the DNR website and enter Field Day completion information & submit $7.50 to the DNR for processing your certificate on-line. You will be able to print out your Firearm Safety Certificate while you are still on-line with the DNR.  Save a copy to your computer so you can reprint it if you lose or destroy your copy. If you are still 11 years old, your certificate will not be valid until you reach your 12th birthday.
